.. Distribution of 350 cartons of families most needs in Sharqia
In cooperation with the UAE Red Crescent, the Orman Society, in coordination with Dr. Mamdouh Gharab, Governor of Sharqia, distributed 350 food parcels to needy families in the villages of Oulad Mousi, Abuayassin and El-Aboubeir.
Major General Mamdouh Shaaban, Director General of the Orman, stressed the importance of the Red Crescent for the cooperation of the UAE Red Crescent and its support to distribute Ramadan bags to those who are unable in the villages and the hungry, especially the most needy ones, and that the support of the UAE Red Crescent to distribute Ramadan balls to families that are unable, Seasonal assistance in addition to its charitable activity extended to support the non-able segments throughout Egypt.
Batai Al Shamsi, Director of the UAE Red Crescent Office, explained that the distribution of Karatin Ramadan is in response to the directives of the UAE political leadership as a gift from the UAE people to the Egyptian people and the continuation of the great humanitarian cooperation between UAE charitable institutions and their Egyptian counterpart.
Shaaban explained that the distribution will be in accordance with an urgent time plan during which access to the most needy villages and hungry in the governorates of Egypt under the supervision of the Ministry of Social Solidarity through its various directorates in the provinces and in cooperation with the governors.
