Cairo crimes acquittal of 5 accused of "Altras Ahlawy"

The Giza Criminal Court, held at the Tura Courts Complex, acquitted five defendants on Tuesday in the well-known case of Al-Atlras Ahlawy, accusing them of gathering and reviewing forces.

The court issued 29 cases of terrorism under the chairmanship of Counselor Usama Abdul Shafi Al-Rashidi and the members of the advisors Mohammed Kamel Abdul Sattar and Sami Zinedine who were acquitted of the acquittal by Mohammed Mohamed Farahat, Ahmad Reza Sadiq, Mohammad Ali Maher, Mohamed Hassan Imam and Ahmed Osman Mohamed.

The Giza Criminal Court, headed by Counselor Muhammad Naji Shehata, had previously been sentenced to 15 years 'imprisonment, while a defendant was sentenced to five years' imprisonment.

The defendants accused in case No. 15567 of 2014 in the center of the Nile Palace were charged with gathering, the use of force, violence and forced robbery, the destruction of public and private property, and the unauthorized possession of arms and ammunition.
