Despite the objection of most of the members of the Gabaliyya Council to convene the emergency assembly before the African Nations Cup, so that the Council is devoted to the organization of its own, Mujahid exerted great pressure to convince Hany Abu Reda, President of Gabaliyya to convene the emergency general assembly as scheduled in February.

Ahmed Mujahid rejected all the proposals of the General Assembly Clubs relating to the regulation, including increasing the support allocated to them and preventing the members of the Council from chairing the committees of the Jabalia and other proposals, and insisted on discussing a single item in the emergency assembly, the item of eight years, as if this item is the only defect in the list Needs to be adjusted immediately.
