In an incident of irresponsibility and negligence, a young man during his independence made a motorbike on the Corniche Street from Abdel Moneim Riad's Liberation Square to Shubra El-Kheima by walking on the back wheel of the bicycle and quickly on the highway exposing his life as well as the lives of others.

What is interesting is that the young man was walking on the highway for a long distance and very quickly lifting the motorcycle to the wheel of the back of the bike, in a manner that displays citizens and drivers of microbes and owners of motor vehicles at risk.
