A man was killed in a quarrel between two families in Al-Toud city, east of Luxor, in a dispute over a young man's stabbing a dog in the street, causing panic and fear for the people.
The first was the receipt of Major General Tareq Allam, director of security in Luxor, a notification from Major Adham al-Malwani, head of investigations of the Luxor police station, reporting the injury of "H" 49 years in a quarrel between two families in the city of Tud, after a verbal argument about linking a young dog in the street and causing the case Of horror among pedestrians.
