3 years imprisonment for a worker charged with reviewing the force and shooting at a person in Sohag
The Criminal Court of Sohag sentenced the accused "Abdel Rahim A" to three years in prison on charges of obtaining a firearm and reviewing the force by shooting at the victim Omar for the purpose of threatening him because of differences between them .
The verdict, headed by Counselor Jamal Fazza, and the membership of advisers Hussein Abdel Razek, and Ahmed Moawad Secretariat Ramadan Hassan.
The events of the case date back to 2018 at the Al-Balina Center, when the Chief of Investigations received a report of a shooting at the location of the incident in the Al-Balina Center for the purpose of reviewing the force. He immediately moved to the scene of the incident and found that the accused had reviewed the force to threaten the victim because of previous disagreements, And after the legalization of the procedures, an automatic weapon was confiscated. The prosecution charged the accused with obtaining an automatic weapon without a permit and reviewing the force. The case was referred to the Criminal Court, which issued its advanced judgment .
