He added that it is possible to take advantage of the recycling of sewage water, and re-treatment of primary, bilateral and trilateral treatment in agriculture, and there are foreign countries used in drinking water, but in Egypt deprived some sheikhs as "unclean" water because it is sewage water, Treatment of wastewater treatment and reuse in agriculture.

He added that the average per capita consumption is 600 cubic meters per year, and the poverty level in Egypt is set at 1,000 cubic meters per year. Therefore, Egypt suffers from water poverty, despite the existence of the Nile River, the Red Sea and the Mediterranean Sea.

He added that the desalination technology and we started to establish major desalination plants for drinking and not for irrigation, and there is a proposal to establish desalination plant in each of the villages of the northern coast to desalinate seawater and to benefit from drinking and thus achieve self-sufficiency of water.

Cain explained that the Egyptians are rich in water consumption, and consumption must be rationalized and various awareness campaigns are carried out to urge citizens to rationalize consumption, pointing out that his research published in international scientific journals benefited some countries after their publication and became circulated to the world.

He called on the government to take care of scientific research and its application in the fields of industry, adding that he is continuing his research in the fields of using solar energy and research in the desalination of water using solar energy.
