A 15-day suspended sentence for the murder of a housewife in Ain Shams
The judge of the opposition to the Ain Shams Misdemeanor Court decided to renew an indefinite detention of 15 days for investigation on charges of murdering a housewife.
The police department of Ain Shams received a report from an elderly man stating that when he returned from work he discovered his wife was injured by a cartouche. He took her to the hospital and was killed during her ambulance. He denied knowing the circumstances of her injury.
In the course of the necessary investigations, it was found that behind the commission of the incident was an unemployed person living in the same property as the victim.
The accused admitted that as soon as he came out of the apartment his residence holding his firearm seized in his possession with the intention of quarreling with someone in the area, came out a shot by mistake hit the victim who happened to stop on the ladder of the property.
