6 Sources of funding for the Science and Technology Finance Authority in the law

The House of Representatives, chaired by Dr. Ali Abdel-Al, approved during its plenary session today a draft law submitted by the government on the issuance of the law establishing the financing body of science, technology and innovation.

Article 12 of the draft law specifies the Authority's resources consisting of the financial allocations that may be allocated to it by the State in the general budget, loans and grants held for the Commission through the concerned bodies of the State, donations, donations and subsidies accepted by the Board of Directors of the Authority within its objectives, In accordance with the achievement of its objectives, in exchange for exploiting the outputs of the research projects funded by the Authority, and in exchange for the management of the programs of the implementation of research projects funded by others

Article 12 was approved by the Council as follows

The Authority's resources shall consist of the following:

1- The funds allocated by the state in the general budget.

2- Loans and grants held in favor of the Commission through the concerned bodies within the limits of its objectives.

3- Donations, donations and subsidies accepted by the Board of Directors of the Authority within the limits of its objectives.

4- The return of the investment of the Authority's funds in accordance with the achievement of its objectives.

5- As opposed to exploiting the outputs of research projects funded by the Authority.

6- As opposed to the management of programs for the implementation of research projects financed by others.
