The girl was forced to cancel three summer holidays before because of the doctor's fears that her friends could not withstand the pressure on the plane.
"I had to cancel my last three summer holidays because I was not healthy enough to fly, where I was supposed to go to Spain In 2016, Prague in 2017 and Turkey last year. "
Last year, when Emma was at her worst, doctors warned her because she was underweight, she was prone to heart failure.
