10 cubs of the Iberian lynx were born in the Guadiana Valley, a park and nature reserve in southeastern Portugal.

According to Portuguese online newspaper Portugal News, the cubs were born under the Iberian resettlement program in "good health", including three females, and the herd is a predator animal of prey, feeding on small animals such as rabbits.
