Dr. Hatem added that the directives of Dr. Moustafa Musharraf, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in the Governorate, and Dr. Ibtisam Kamel Abdul Jaid, Director of the Department of Pharmacy in the Health Sector in the governorate, stressed the need to open channels of public communication with citizens to complain about the level of service offered by pharmacies, , When there is any problem in the sale and retrieval of medication, abstinence from selling medicine or selling expired medicine or any other problem related to medicines.
He pointed to the continuation of campaigns to inspect pharmacies to follow medicines and real estate sold to citizens through them in all villages and cities of the province, under the support of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, the Department of Pharmacy, cars and all the needs of the inspection teams pharmacists in the health sector in the New Valley.
