Zamalek and the Renaissance volcano .. White looking for African glory absent since 2002
Twelve after midnight on Sunday, Zamalek enter a new challenge, with the white team facing Moroccan Nahdha Berkane in the final round of the African Confederations Cup.
Zamalek had qualified for the final of the tournament after overcoming the stalemate in the semi-finals of the second round with a 1/0 victory, while Nahdet Berkan qualified for the 3-0 win over Tunisia's CS Sfaxien.
Zamalek are looking for African glory absent from the White Castle since the podium was crowned in 2002, when Forsan Mitt was able to grab the Champions League title after defeating Moroccan Raja Tamer Abdel Hamid to add the fifth title of the Champions League to the history of the White Castle.
