You can find coins, medallions, or neglected objects in a circus, but find dinosaur eggs. This is a unique fact, which happened to four Chinese university students who found "strange stones" covered with red clay. They are rare fossils for dinosaur eggs.

The group found the eggs covered with red clay while strolling through the countryside. The students told the local museum of their discovery. The staff summoned experts from the Chinese Academy of Sciences to take a closer look at the mysterious discovery.

Excavations

They were confirmed as dinosaur eggs dating back to the late Cretaceous period, which began 145 million years ago and ended 66 million years ago, the Mirror newspaper reported.

The Chinese province of Jiangxi has gained a reputation as the "hometown of dinosaurs" in the country due to a number of modern fossil finds. In April 2010, a dinosaur egg shell was seen with an egg shell at a construction site. In September 2008, several fossils of the dinosaur structure were discovered in the construction area in a Pingxiang.
