Union of Scientists decides to freeze the membership of 8 Council and referral for investigation

The Council of Scientific Professions decided to freeze the membership of 8 members of the Council in order to participate in the attempt to storm the headquarters of the union in the thousands and to participate in verbal quarrels with the rest of the members of the Council.

This decision included the suspension of: Alian Abdel Wahab, Head of Qena Branch, Tito Habib, Head of Sohag Branch, Ahmed Abdul Khaliq, Head of Beni Suef Branch, Mohamed Hassan Al Ajal, Qena Branch Agent, Tharwat Hassan Sayed Al Dali, Qena Branch Secretary, Abbas Mahmoud Yousif Ibrahim Amin Qalioubia Branch, Abu Al Wafa Barakat, Chairman of 10th of Ramadan Office, Jamal Metwally Member of the Board of Scientific Management Division.

The Council also decided to refer 6 scientists from outside the Council for further investigation, in order to participate in all the events: Mahmud Muhanna, Muhammad Sharaf al-Din, Ahmad Sa'id, Mahrous Afendi, Ahmad Al-Sagheer and Abdel Nasser Abu Zahra. Members of the General Bar Association and the employees have the opportunity to open the service of the members in official times to serve the masses of scientists.

The Council of the Union of Scientists, that Dr. Abdul Sattar Al-Maliji former captain, was withdrawn from the decision of the extraordinary general assembly on 12 April, and supported by the ruling of the Administrative Court on 12 May 2019.

Dr. Salah al-Nadi, Secretary General of the Union of Scientists, said that Dr. Abdel Sattar El-Meligy, the former captain of the scientists, renewed his attempt to break into the headquarters of the union for the second time in conjunction with a meeting of the Council to discuss the files of the members of the union.
