The official newspaper published a decision to establish the Canadian Higher Institute of Computer in the fifth assembly, provided that the Institute will be awarded a bachelor of computers and information major computer science application in the Division of three, data science and development of games and cloud computing and mobile.

The General Secondary Institute accepts the Department of Sports Science and the equivalent of the Arab and foreign certificates, provided that students are admitted to the Institute through the Office of Coordination of Admission to Universities and Institutes. The duration of study at the Institute is 4 years.
