"The city will haunt you" at the Cultural Liberation Center on Sunday

Eulat Hall, the cultural editing center of the American University of Liberation, is presenting an Egyptian documentary film "The City Will Be Chased by" by Ahmed Nabil, at 9 pm on Sunday [May 26th].

The film depicts the demolition of ancient and ancient buildings characterized by the province of Alexandria, and meet the hero of the film during his trip multiple personalities that describe their relationship to different places on the brink of vanishing, and some feel nostalgia towards those places while others deal with changes and events with a more practical mentality.

Osama traces the stories of ancient buildings that are being demolished, and historical monuments that are erased over time. On his journey, he meets different personalities who tell him the stories of the links between them and some places that are about to disappear from the city. Some of these characters feel nostalgic for the past and interpret what happens as a sign of the collapse of the city, while others see it as "practical".
