The Center for Measurement and Evaluation at the University of the Canal offers 9 instructions to faculty members
In conjunction with the start of the theoretical examinations at Suez Canal University on Wednesday, the Measurement and Evaluation Center issued a set of guidelines for faculty members to control the process of the examination within the university faculties, under the auspices of Dr. Tariq Rashid Rakhmi, President of the University.
Dr. Abdul Raouf Mustafa, Director of the Center for Measurement and Evaluation University, announced 9 important guidelines for faculty members at the university level, monitored as follows:
The faculty member's obligation to place the exam in numerical sequence for all exam questions in one sequence
The deadline for correcting the course is two working days from the date of the exam to avoid accumulation
Determine the number of electronic correction sheets complete for each node to go to the correction center,
Commitment to match the language of the answer form with the exam (Arabic or English)
The obligation not to seal the electronic correction papers in the position of the class and a blank estate so that the class can be printed on it
It is important not to use any gum, pin, clip, or label on the electronic patch before the correction process
Review the shading of the seating numbers and the number of the exam form on the electronic correction paper for the students inside the exam room and inside the control center before the correction to make sure the data is correct
Compliance with the validity of the electronic correction paper, as received without (thinning or cutting or pasting and binding especially the parkwood area "
The faculty member's obligation to shade only one answer for each question in the answer form and not to highlight anything else in the student data area.
