Karam Adil Ramzy, Director of East Mansoura Educational Administration, orphaned and memorized the Holy Quran at the Shaha Elementary Complex, held a special celebration, which included a mass breakfast party on Sunday, in the presence of the leadership of the educational administration.

Ramzi stressed the importance of encouraging students and Quran memorizers to strive for excellence and participate in regional and international competitions to serve as role models for all Dakahlia children.
