Dr. Mohamed Atwa, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, Mansoura University, visited the University of Vytautas Magnus in Lithuania with Dr. Mohamed Salah, Director of the Office of International Relations and Coordinator of the Cooperation Agreement with the aim of activating the cooperation agreement and developing an executive plan for cooperation programs between the Faculty of Commerce Mansoura University and the Faculty of Economics and Administration.

The delegation met with Prof. Rita Bandravichin, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administration, and a number of faculty members there for an understanding on future cooperation between the exchange of students, professors and joint academic programs and participation in scientific conferences between the two kidneys.

On the sidelines of the visit, the delegation participated in the week of international cooperation organized by the Department of International Relations at the University of Vitutas Magnus with the participation of a number of 10 countries. Dr. Mohamed Salah presented a presentation on Mansoura University to the participants and the university's human, research and laboratory potential..

Dr. Atwa gave a lecture on monetary policies to the students of economics at the Faculty of Management and Economics, which were mostly international students from more than 15 countries including some Arab and European countries.

The two sides agreed to arrange for sending a distinguished group of students from the Faculty of Commerce Mansoura University for training at the Faculty of Economics and Management and to benefit from the European experience in the international economy. This will benefit the students' perceptions and ability to compete in the labor market after graduation by providing them with diverse international and scientific experiences..

It is noteworthy that Mansoura University has signed a cooperation agreement with the University of Vitutas Magnus a year ago to take advantage of their expertise in some areas of administrative sciences and natural sciences such as biotechnology and biophysics.

Dr. Atwa stressed the importance of benefiting from the university agreements and activating executive cooperation programs to exchange experiences and provide students with international expertise that will make them able to compete in the local and international labor markets..
