Mohamed Abdel Fattah, head of the State Budget Sector at the Ministry of Finance, said that the door of government appointments has not been opened. Therefore, the draft general budget of the state 2019/2020 did not include any allocations for new appointments, with the exception of doctors and nursing.

He added that during the meeting of the Committee of the Plan and Budget of the House of Representatives, which is currently held to discuss the budget of the Ministry of Finance and its affiliates, and the budget of the programs and performance of the Ministry for the new fiscal year, the increase in the allocations of the Ministry of Finance is the lowest in the administrative apparatus of the state, so as not to say that the ministry "We pinched on our first breath before we hit people."

Deputy MP Mirvat Alexan has questioned the existence of funds in the draft general budget of the State 2019/2020 on new appointments, especially in the interest of taxes and customs, pointing out that the Ministry of Investment has appropriations more than 20 million pounds for the new appointments, which was denied by the representative of the Ministry of Finance in the meeting.
