The investigations of the Supreme State Security Prosecution under the supervision of the first attorney general Khalid Ziauddin in the case revealed the establishment of 16 accused extremist group embracing the Takfiri ideas during the period from 2011 to 2014 in Mahalla. They participated in establishing and taking over the leadership of a terrorist group whose purpose is to call for disrupting the constitution, State institutions and public authorities from the exercise of their actions and attacks on the personal freedom of citizens and the rights and public freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution.
