Ismailia is preparing to launch the 20th session of the International Folklore Festival

Abdullah Al-Zoghbi, Secretary General of the Governorate of Ismailia, held a meeting to review and discuss all the arrangements and arrangements for the preparations for the 20th session of the Ismailia International Festival of Folk Arts this year in the presence of artist Maher Kamal, head of the central administration of Canal and Sinai cultural region. This came within the framework of the implementation of the directives of Major General Hamdi Osman, Governor of Ismailia, and his assurances on the speedy completion of all preparations and taking all measures and measures for the establishment of the twentieth session of the Ismailia International Festival of Popular Arts scheduled for August 24-31.
During the meeting, all arrangements and preparations for the festival were reviewed and discussed. The executive measures were taken to provide accommodation, accommodation, venues and theaters, and to discuss all proposals and opinions on the development of the festival.
The director general of the festival, Maher Kamal, said that the total number of Arab and foreign countries participating in the events of this year's festival will reach 11 to 23 folklore ensembles representing 16 Arab and foreign countries.
Kamal added that the total number of local review teams participating in this year's festival will reach 6 Egyptian teams and the total number of foreign, Arab and local teams will reach 29 teams. The teams will include Italy, India, Nigeria, Algeria, Jordan, Indonesia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, France, Tunisia, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Spain The Republic of Northern Macedonia, the Republic of Montenegro and Palestine.
The Secretary General of the Governorate of Ismailia to exert maximum efforts from all concerned bodies and work to provide all the necessary support for the festival until the graduation of this year in order to suit the name of Egypt and Ismailia globally.
