Inter Milan: We were confident of qualifying for the Champions League

RIAA NINGOLAN, Inter Milan's star, said his side was confident of qualifying for next season's Champions League.

Nyingulan scored a goal in the win over Inter against Empoli 2-1 on Sunday evening at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium in the 38th and final round of the Italian league.

"We had to win at whatever cost in the dressing room," said Ningolan in his remarks after the match. "We will have a moment of relief and confidence to qualify for the next Champions League."

Inter Milan have finished the season in fourth place with 69 points to ensure their presence in the Champions League next season, while Empoli stopped at 38 points in the 18th place, to drop to the second round.
