Abdul Fattah added that the budget of the programs must be very clear, taking into account that they are not fixed templates, with the identification of programs and outputs clearly, pointing out that the Ministries of Finance and Planning have established a unit to balance programs and performance.

Abdul Fattah explained that the Ministry of Finance worked extensively with the Sub-Committee on the budget of programs and performance, and worked hard to get out of this application to balance the programs and performance, pointing out that it relies on 7 major programs, the most important of which are "the collection of tax revenues, Asset and property recovery, marketing and marketing of coins, and the preparation and implementation of the state budget, the rapid transport fund, "pointing out that each program has a subprogramme and activities leading to its implementation, which finally reach us to achieve the objectives of the Ministry of Finance.

For his part, Dr. Hussein Issa, Chairman of the Budget and Budget Committee, congratulated the Ministry of Finance on the establishment of the Program and Performance Budgeting Unit. He pointed out that the main task is to complete the implementation of the budget of programs and performance and that we have a unit responsible for completing the implementation of the program budget. He explained that the programs and performance is a new experience, and therefore we must take advantage of the experiences of other countries and know the constraints of implementation and how to treat them to save time and effort.
