Dr. Alaa Abdel-Halim Marzouq, Governor of Qalioubia, held a meeting with the citizens at the headquarters of the General Court of the province to hear their demands and complaints and direct the officials quickly to solve them in accordance with the law.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Governor welcomed the citizens and congratulated them by the holy month of Ramadan, stressing that all the executive authorities in the governorate are keen to discuss all the problems presented by the citizens and respond to them and the holding of this meeting on a regular basis confirms this, noting that the main objective is to create channels of direct communication with Citizens and listen to their problems and find quick solutions to them, where each side during the meeting to present their opinion on the problem and determine the method of solving quickly in accordance with the legal procedures and possibilities available, after listening to the citizen who presents his complaint himself.

The Governor listened to citizens 'complaints in various sectors. Each of them reviewed his complaint to the General Administration for the Service of Citizens in the Governorate. Among the most important topics discussed were topics related to education, social solidarity, provision, education and health, as well as citizens' problems in different cities. , And were answered by the competent authority, specifying how to solve them, and reviewed the actions taken by the competent authority in each problem in accordance with the legal rules.
