Governor of Monofiya discusses the governorate's preparations for the first grade secondary examinations
General of the governorate, Major General Saeed Abbas, Governor of Menoufia, held a meeting to discuss the governorate's preparations for the first high school exams to confirm all procedures for the success of the electronic system in the exams in the meeting hall in the governorate's Diwan, in the presence of Dr. Ayman Mukhtar, Ministry of Education, Catering, Health, Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, heads of centers and cities, Director General of Communications in Menoufia, directors of educational departments at the governorate level and officials of technological development in the Directorate.
During the meeting, Undersecretary of the Ministry reviewed the Directorate's plan to receive the first grade secondary examinations, stressing that cooperation protocols have been signed with all concerned and cooperating bodies of education during the examination period. He pointed out that the exams will begin on May 19, In the school to face any failures may occur during the exam.
For his part, Governor of Menoufia stressed the importance of providing the appropriate atmosphere for the success of the electronic system and the need for coordination between all the executive bodies to remove all obstacles that would impede the progress of the educational process, directed to form a chamber of operations in the province headed by the Secretary General of the province to meet any reports on the progress of examinations in schools at the level of Governorate and linked to the operating rooms at the level of educational departments, and also directed the Governor not to cut off the electricity or net services during the exam with a view to exit the province in a proper manner in order to preserve the educational process.
He also stressed the keenness of the State to provide a distinctive educational service for the Egyptian student, and that the e-learning platform, because of its importance in enlightening the minds and reach the ranks of developed countries.
