German league sets August 3 for the Super Cup match

The German Football Federation has named the final of the Super Cup, which brings together the league and cup winners in Germany.

The German Football Federation announced that the Super Cup will take place on Saturday [August 3rd] between Bayern Munich, champions of the league and cup, against Borussia Dortmund and the Bundesliga, which will participate in the meeting, after the Bavarian team also won the cup.

The German Bundesliga start on Friday [August 9th] in a match likely to be one of Bayern Munich's two sides.
