Fine up to 50 thousand pounds .. penalty 3 crimes for employees who address the law of public shops
The "seventh day" reviews a number of crimes punishable by the bill of public shops, with a fine of up to 50 thousand pounds for public servants addressing the draft law, after being handed over by the Legislative Department of the State Council under the chairmanship of Chancellor Hassan Chalal, Vice Premier of the Council of State, Review the projects presented to the department as soon as possible.
The "seventh day" reviews the article as follows:
Article (37)
Without prejudice to any more severe punishment provided for in another law, a fine of not less than five thousand pounds and not more than 50,000 pounds shall be punished by public officials who address the provisions of this law if they intentionally and without lawful justification commit any of the following acts:
1- Preventing or disabling the licensed business in accordance with the provisions of this law from the commencement of its activity.
2. The functions of the Judicial Control Department shall apply to the authorized shops in accordance with the provisions of this law in violation of its provisions.
3 – Refrain from taking administrative closing procedures or revoking the license provided for in articles 29,30 of this law when its obligations are fulfilled.
If any of these acts occur because of the negligence or negligence of the employee, the fine shall be reduced by half, without prejudice to any more severe penalty provided for in another law.
