Editing 28 preparation for food establishments in Beni Suef
A joint campaign of the Supply and Health Departments of Al-Fashn Center in the south of Beni Suef governorate released 28 copies on Monday for food facilities to violate their owners and directors. The law and the health requirements were supervised by Dr. Abdel Nasser Hamida, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health.
The campaign, which included Mohamed Mahmoud, the first food monitor, Ahmed Ragab, Mohamed Abdelkader, Mohamed Khaled Food inspectors in the Office of the Fashn, 19 food establishments are butcher shops and the sale of poultry and supermarket and grocery, and found the existence of irregularities is the lack of workers health certificates, The availability of sanitary and hygiene requirements, as well as the finding of 40 kilos of expired foods that were seized and executed.
