Completion of the defense case of Jamal and Alaa Mubarak in "manipulation of the stock market" today

The Advisory Chamber on September 20 decided, under the chairmanship of Counselor Mohammed Al-Faki, to accept the appeal filed by Alaa and Gamal Mubarak and five other defendants for the decision to imprison them in the case of manipulation of the stock exchange, and released them on bail of 100 thousand pounds, and set the hearing of 20 November to consider the issue.
The former Attorney-General, Counselor Abdul Majid Mahmoud, referred the defendants to the Criminal Court of Cairo, accusing them of obtaining two billion and 51 million and 28 thousand and 648 pounds in violation of the law. The prosecution assigned one of the accused to participate by way of agreement and assistance with public officials in the crime of profiteering and get himself and his companies unjustly In the amount of 493 million and 628 thousand and 646 pounds, to agree among themselves on the sale of the National Bank for financial gain for them and others with whom they have common interests, and enable him to acquire a share of the bank through a company in Cyprus.
