Closing the door of progress to fill a leadership position in local municipalities

Closed Thursday, the door to progress to fill the functions of local administration leaders in the provinces of the excellent and high degree and the degree of the Director General.

The "seventh day" published the general conditions for filling the posts announced by the Ministry of Local Development as follows:

1.Obtain a suitable high qualification and submit all qualifications

2.Capacity for leadership, direction, planning, policy setting and objectives.

3.Obtain advanced training courses in management and leadership.

4English proficiency and ability to deal with the computer.

5.Submit a proposal for the development of the job submitted to it, and pictures of training certificates and thanks and appreciation.

6.Presenting the photo of the national ID number and 4 personal photosx6.

And for applicants to fill these posts from within the administrative body of the State:

Meeting the conditions of appointment provided for in Articles (14) and (17) of the Civil Service Law No. 81 of 2016 and Article (45).

)These conditions apply to local administration employees and applicants from ministries, agencies and the administrative apparatus of the State(

⦁ Spend a minimum period of one year in the lowest grade in case of applying for a position of excellent or high degree.

⦁ Spend a minimum period of two years in the first degree and not less than one year in a high degree in the case of applying for a position from the rank of Director General.

⦁ Full compliance with the status statement, legal certificate and development proposal attached to the declaration and its approval by the competent authority.

⦁ Provide achievements after approval and approval by the competent authority, not more than three pages.

For applicants to fill these posts from outside the administrative body of the State:

⦁ To have an excellent rating for the last two years.

⦁ (18) years in the case of applying for an excellent position, 17 years in the case of applying for a high-level job, and (16) years in the case of applying for a position from the rank of Director General.

⦁ Complete commitment to provide the certificate of experience and CV for the officers of the armed forces and the police, while completing the proposed development model.

⦁ Complete compliance with the forms of the status statement, the legal certificate and the development proposal attached to the declaration for civilians from outside the administrative body, with a personal biography.

It was stressed that erroneous data would be presented to legal accountability.
