Dr. Magdy Sabaa, President of the University of Tanta, issued a decision on Wednesday to appoint Dr. Hagar Alamuddin Bastoise, Assistant Professor, Department of Mechanical Power Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, as Director of the Quality Assurance Unit for one year.

Dr. Hagar Alamuddin received a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tanta in 2005 with honors. She was appointed as a teacher in 2006. She obtained a master's degree from Huazang University of Science and Technology in 2009 and a PhD in 2012. I reached the rank of assistant professor in 2018

Dr. Magdy Wouk, Coordinator of Student Activities at Tanta University, announced the end of the Ramadan Chess Tournament which was held over the course of ten days at the Central Library of the Medical Complex and with the participation of faculty members, employees and students under the auspices of Dr. Magdy Sabaa, Faculty of Education and Students Affairs.

The winner of the first five positions was Mark Hany Samir Marks, Faculty of Engineering and received a financial award of 500 pounds. The student Mahmoud Mustafa, the Faculty of Medicine, received a prize of 400 pounds. Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Morsi Shoaib received a prize of LE 200 and Wael Ihab Al-Manshawi received a LE 100 reward.
