Abdul Qawad Ahmed, chairman of the Arab Council for Human Rights, said that Qatar and Turkey are using the money weapon to influence the human rights climate in the Arab and African region and internationally, adding that Qatar uses the money for a country like Israel and plays a role that is not Arab or Islamic.

He added that Qatar plays a role that is not related to Arab, Islamic or legal identity, but rather a suspicious role that is trying to get Egypt from both the official and the legal levels.
