"Agricultural Services": Extending the work of committees to receive winter seeds for the end of Ramadan
The Central Administration for Seed Production of the Agricultural Services and Follow-up Sector has announced the receipt of wheat, barley and beans from winter crops until the end of Ramadan to begin preparing and preparing them for planting in the new season.
Dr. Hatem Ibrahim, head of the central administration for seed production, said in the statements of "the seventh day" that the committees of receiving the seeds of the winter crop continue to work, pointing out that the seed production and sifting plants at the level of the Republic are receiving wheat, barley, beans and other winter crops to start preparing them. And ready for planting in the new season.
He added that the follow-up committees of the Central Administration for the production of seeds pass through all stations in all governorates to ensure the safety and ease of receipt procedures and that these committees continue to work throughout the month of Ramadan and even during the official holidays, with the aim of completing the task early so that the seeds Available at agricultural associations and outlets for farmers before the next winter season at a reasonable price.
He explained that the receipt of the seeds through three committees is a problem of the administration and the receipt of the seeds from the farmers through the examination committees under the conditions and rules, especially that the seeds are of high quality, clean, free of any satisfactory pests, in addition to continuing intensive campaigns on the markets Summer crops, especially rice to control the fraudulent and anonymous source, through the committees follow-up deliveries to control the markets and to address any irregularities that prevent the arrival of support to farmers.
