"Agricultural Extension": Harvesting 6 thousand and 273 feddans of wheat and its supply to the Port Said mill
Engineer Ali Sulaiman, director of the Agricultural Extension Department in Port Said, said that 6 thousand and 273 feddans were harvested and supplied to the Port Said mill.
Sulaiman said for the "seventh day", that the total target cultivation is estimated at 12 thousand and 443 acres of wheat, where half of the plant was harvested, and in the coming weeks to complete the harvest of wheat crop in the agricultural sector.
"There are 40 extension fields for the wheat crop, as well as the provision of free extension services, which are provided to the fields from the seeds of the basis of the Agricultural Research Center wheat research department, as well as samples from some fields by agricultural research centers to estimate productivity.
On the other hand, the Director of the Department of Agricultural Extension recommended farmers to quickly prepare the land, in preparation for the cultivation of summer crops.
