The second article of the draft law on the adoption of the economic and social development plan included the adoption of the program of purchase of non-financial assets (investment uses) in the plan of 19/2020 with a total of TRY 165 billion and LE 700 million, of which LE 636.8 billion for the private and cooperative business sector, LE 528.9 billion for public investments, LE 211.2 billion of government investments (financed from the public treasury, of which 133.1 billion), LE 72.1 billion for economic bodies, LE 95.6 billion for public companies.
