39 thousand and 252 students in the first grade secondary in Qaliubiya are taking exams tomorrow

The Directorate of Education in Qalioubia has completed all its preparations for the end of the second semester of the first grade, according to the new system for the academic year 2018-2019.
Taha Ajlan, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in the governorate, said that all procedures and controls for the conduct of electronic and paper tests were reviewed according to the instructions of Dr. Rida Hijazi, head of the general education sector.

Ajlan pointed out that the students will perform the Arabic language test on two morning periods for the public schools from 9 to 12 noon, and the evening for the non-governmental schools from 1 to 4 pm and within 3 hours, stressing that the electronic test is the original of the students. Ajlan said that committees have been set up for paper exams for students who transfer their test from electronic to paper and those committees are separate from e-committees.
He explained that in the event of the loss or theft of the student's tablet is enabled to perform the test, taking a pledge to bring a police record proving the theft or loss of his tablet and not to leave any student of the committees dedicated to electronic tests before the end of time and alert students not to take Mobile phones within the committees.
The Undersecretary of Education in Qalioubia stressed the need to provide an atmosphere of calm and affection during the performance of the test and treat the students and parents well and take all the procedures related to securing tests.
