The efforts of the campaign resulted in the seizure of 1977 Harbin prisoners, including three sentenced to a felony 401 partial sentence, 40 appealed sentence, 1483 sentences in fines, 50 sentences in irregularities, and collected 23 thousand and 470 pounds of fines, Court, and referral of the accused to the Public Prosecution.
