15 years imprisonment for five accused of taking official papers in Abdeen
The Cairo Criminal Court, held in the fifth assembly, sentenced five defendants to 15 years in prison and the third defendant was dismissed from the position for three years, accusing them of seizing papers owned by a public authority in Abidin.
The ruling was issued under the chairmanship of Chancellor Magdi Hussein, and the membership of the advisers Ahmed Mohamed Abdel Rahman and Osama Abu Safi, and the secretariat of the secret of Ahmed Fahmy.
The defendants accused Ahmed Abdel Aziz, Hazem Badawi, Rajab Mahmoud, Rajab Farouk and Abdel Rahim Ismail of being involved in the commission of the crime of unlawful appropriation and the structure of ownership on owned securities. For a public authority, to agree with the unknown to seize a valid data-free form for a national number card from the one kept by his employer, so that he could seize the card form and supply it with the offense.
The prosecution also assigned the defendants to participate by way of agreement and assistance with the fifth accused in committing the crime of attempting to facilitate the seizure of the public money of the previous charge by agreeing with him to commit and assisting him.
