1. Turn off the smart phone and restart it again with the safety system.

2. Once the boot loader has been opened, choose Restart option in safe mode.

3. Once you are done heading to Settings then Applications

4. Skip the list by installing the application and check the application that appears or the application you did not install and then click on it.

5. On the next page, click the Uninstall button to remove the application or service from the device.

6. If the Uninstall button crashes, go to Settings, Security, and then Device administrators, deselect the application, and uninstall the application.

7. Restart your phone in normal mode by going to Settings, then System and Reset options, and then clearing all data.
