The head of canal water reveals the reasons for the water cut off from the villages of Qassasin in Ismailia
Eng. Abdel Hamid Esmat, the head of the Canal Governorate Company for drinking water and sanitation, revealed the reasons for the water shortage in the villages of the city of Qassasin because of the power cuts and the weak voltage, which caused the stations to be unable to work efficiently.
Abdulhamid said in a statement that he coordinated with the electricity sector and the head of the center and the city of Qassasin and the head of the Qassasin area for drinking water and sanitation of the company Qassasin to follow the tank (Aldawaid) and repaired the sudden holidays in one of the pumps and the operation of the plant at full capacity.
Dr. Abeer Khalil, director of public relations and media in the Canal, said that the coordination with the President of the city to limit the affected areas and villages, where the company decided to pay by emergency vehicles to transport drinking water to areas affected by the interruption of water.
