The Egyptian Central Bank pays 406 million dollars to the African Bank for Import and Export

The Central Bank of Egypt [CBE] paid $ 406 million to the African Bank for Import and Export Afrexim Bank The end of last May, the value of dues to the latter in light of Egypt's payment of its international commitment.

The central bank said in an official statement issued shortly that it had paid the amount to the African Bank for import and export in the framework of the payment of the dues of international institutions and companies, coinciding with the rise of foreign exchange reserves to record levels.
