Real Madrid believes Mendy's deal with a new medical test next Wednesday

The Spanish Real Madrid club has set the date for the new medical examination of left-back Fernde Mende to Olympique Lyon, before being formally hired during the current summer Mercato.

Lyon's left-back Verand Mindy will undergo new medical tests next Wednesday, before officially signing him, to confirm the thigh's health, reports said.

Real had been planning to announce Mendy's contract on Wednesday, but Lyon rejected it because no agreement was reached on all the terms of the contract. The French club would prefer to put all points on the letters before closing the deal.

French international Verand Mende, 23, will play against Andorra on Tuesday and 24 hours later will travel to Real Madrid on a private plane for a new medical examination to ensure his safety.

Frenchman Olympique Lyon's left-back Verland Mende has been under medical check-up for two days in Paris.
