The students of the secondary school in Assiut governorate started their exams on Saturday, where the students take the examination of the Arabic language and religious education for the academic year 2018/2019.

Major General Gamal Nour al-Din, Governor of Assiut, said that a major operations room was set up in the Directorate of Education and linked to the operations room of the Directorate of Security and the Governorate.

The Governor of Assiut stressed to the heads of local units in the governorate, in full coordination with the directors of the educational departments, within the scope of his position to overcome any obstacles, which would disturb the conduct of secondary examinations.

The Directorate of Education in Assiut completed its preparations for the general secondary certificate examinations under special preparations provided by the Directorate for this matter.

The high school students in the New Valley began to flock to the examination committees to perform the first high school exams on Saturday, where the examinations at the level of all the centers of the province 1505 students were distributed to 10 committees in five departments of education.

The examination committees witnessed tight security by the security forces, which set up traffic barriers in the vicinity of the examination committees to facilitate the movement of students to the committees, and secured the perimeter of the committees to prevent any external influences to prevent the performance of students for examinations in a suitable atmosphere.

Dr. Ibrahim Al-Tadawi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in the governorate, said that the committees of the Kharga Center were equipped with three examination committees: the Nasser Preparatory Committee, the New Girls Secondary Committee and the Najeeb Mahfouz School Committee. At the Dakhla Center, three examination committees were equipped: Mout Secondary Military School and Mout Primary School And Mout Secondary Girls, in addition to 4 other committees distributed in the centers of Farafra and tile and Paris.

He stressed that the test committees are equipped and equipped with coolers, fans and ventilation devices and take into account the availability of (toilets) health with the need for water and electricity in the committees with the presence of health visitors and ambulances equipped in anticipation of any emergencies.
