The ceremony began with a recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Sheikh Mahmoud Al-Sahi, and a speech by Sheikh Mohammed Fathi, Director General of Dawa in the Awqaf Directorate in Suez on the occasion of the Night of Qadr.

In his speech, Dr. Mohamed Ajami, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Awqaf in Suez Governorate, said that the night of Qadr was revealed by God to the Holy Quran on our master Muhammad peace be upon him. Then he spoke about the virtue of Laylat al-Qadr. Then he spoke about Ramadan as the month of mercy, forgiveness, forgiveness and good deeds.
