Parliament discusses tomorrow the first laws supplementing the constitutional amendments .. know them
The House of Representatives will discuss eight draft laws during its session on Sunday and take the final opinion on two draft laws that had been approved by them in total in previous sessions.
This legislation includes a set of laws complementary to the Constitution after the recent amendments, and represent The first actual translation of the amendments approved by the people on April 20 with a popular referendum with participation of 27,193,590 voters by 44.33%, and approved 23,1 416,741 votes of 88.83%.
We monitor these laws:
– A draft law submitted by the government to amend some of the provisions of the Administrative Prosecution Law promulgated by Law No. 117 of 1958 and the Law of the State Cases Commission issued by Law No. 75 of 1963 and the Military Judiciary Law promulgated by Law No. 25 of 1966 and the Judicial Authority Law promulgated by Law No. 46 of 1972 and the Law of the State Council Law No. 47 of 1972.
– Draft law submitted by the government to amend some provisions of the Supreme Constitutional Court Law promulgated by Law No. 48 of 1979.
