Parents of general secondary students denounce the withdrawal of the watch from their children in the committees
Parents of high school students have denounced the withdrawal of students' hours in the examination committee, stressing that it is important for students in the committee to know the time remaining from the time to answer all questions.
He called on parents to keep the student's watch or to alert students to the possession of a non-modern wristwatch.
In the same context, official sources said that some of the watches are modern and connected to the Internet and the student can pose questions through them, and will discuss the demand of parents.
The first round exams of the general secondary school certificate for the current academic year 2018/2019 started this morning, with 615348 students taking the exam in the Arabic language (first period) in 1817 exam committees at the level of the Republic.
The Operations Room received several observations. The Anti-Fraud Team monitored several cases of cheating using mobile phones in the administration of the educational park in Alexandria governorate, the administration of Saklatah, the management of Al Balina in Sohag governorate, the new Damietta administration in Damietta governorate, Al-Khalifa and Mokattam in Cairo Governorate and the Abu Tig Educational Administration in Assiut Governorate. The students responsible for this were identified and the necessary legal procedures were taken in these cases.
The operation room in the governorate of Kafr El-Sheikh observed that some students at the Martyr Mohammed Lotfi Al-Ashry Secondary School for Boys had organized a riot during the examination of the Arabic language in the committee and attempted fraud by using the mobile phone.
