According to the British "Metro" website, the new aircraft should not deal with dangerous Mars soil like other robotic vehicles, and instead will be located around the planet to provide NASA with an opportunity to close the slopes, infiltrate the caves and land in hard-to-reach places.

"We expect to complete our final tests and improvements to the helicopter to be able to," said Mimi Ong, project manager at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. "We expect the future helicopter to weigh only 1.8 kg and come with a high-resolution camera. Flying over Mars ".
