This comes within the framework of the "Shop of Joy" initiative, through which the Fund has provided 250 thousand new clothing pieces from the contributions of a number of garment importers and manufacturers, to be distributed free of charge to the most favored students in all universities and the most needy families.
Tamer Abdel Fattah, financial and administrative director of the fund, said that "Tahia Egypt" seeks to bring joy to the largest number of families during Eid al-Fitr, pointing out that the initiative of the shop of joy succeeded in providing 52 thousand pieces of clothing to 22 thousand beneficiaries since its launch. "The joy shop initiative is part of the projects of the social support center prepared by the Fund in order to strengthen the various fields of solidarity between the Egyptians under the slogan of a decent life for the Egyptian person. The program includes a number of projects besides the joy shop, Including the initiative of Al-Hana and Al-Shafa, and the project of benefiting from the meat of the Huda and the Sacrifice, to provide meals for those families in villages and villages. "
He pointed out that the social support center also includes the Jarmin Prison Initiative, which succeeded in dismantling more than 6,200 garmes and gems so far, as well as the protection program for homeless children, which has succeeded in protecting 16,000 children so far. By reintegrating them into their families again, or by placing them in the care homes of the Ministry of Solidarity, developed by the Fund to provide decent living conditions for these children.
In the same context, the Fund, through the Economic Empowerment Center, provides a project for the empowerment of women under the name of "Mastura", which provides funding of between 4 and 20 thousand pounds in the form of production tools through the branches of Bank Nasser in the Republic to help women A microenterprise project, to help them meet their family needs.
The Mastura program targets every woman who is able to work between 21 and 60 years of age and has no fixed income to transform her from a recipient of support into a productive and active member of the community. The project has succeeded in providing these projects to more than 17,000 women, fairy.
